Bulk Upload with CSV

Upload many listings at once with a spreadsheet — what the file needs to look like and what we check.

CSV upload is for sellers with a lot of inventory — usually FFL dealers. Post 10, 50, or 500 listings from a single spreadsheet.

Quick steps

  1. Download our CSV template
  2. Fill it in with your listings
  3. Upload from My Posts → Upload CSV
  4. Review the report we email you

What you'll need

  • A spreadsheet program (Excel, Google Sheets, Numbers)
  • Hosted image URLs for your photos (cloud storage or your website)
  • FFL verification if you are a dealer (recommended for bulk uploads)

Required columns

  • title — listing headline
  • description — long-form description
  • price — number, no currency symbol
  • category — must match one of our categories exactly
  • condition — new, like-new, used, etc.
  • image_urls — comma-separated URLs to your hosted photos

Optional columns

  • caliber, manufacturer, city, state
  • is_auction, auction_end_at (ISO timestamp)

Step-by-step

Open My Posts, click Upload CSV, select your file, and confirm. We process it in the background and email you when it is done with a count of successful rows and any errors. Imported listings land in your Pending tab for review before they go live.

My Posts page where the Upload CSV control lives
Upload CSV is reached from the My Posts header — for FFL-verified dealers with a lot of inventory.

If a row fails

The email report lists every row that failed and why — usually a missing required field, an unrecognized category, or a broken image URL. Fix those rows in your spreadsheet and re-upload just the failed rows.

Image URLs must be publicly reachable. Google Drive sharing links do not work; use a real CDN or your own hosting.

Already selling on WooCommerce?

A CSV is a snapshot: you re-upload it whenever your stock changes. If your inventory already lives in WooCommerce, AGT Sync for WooCommerce keeps the two in step on its own — it publishes new products, and marks a listing sold on AGT as out of stock in your store. CSV remains the right tool for a one-time import or a catalog that is not in WooCommerce.

Common questions

What columns does the CSV need?
Title, description, price, category, condition, and a comma-separated list of image URLs. Optional columns include caliber, manufacturer, and city.
My upload failed. What now?
Check the error report we email you. The most common cause is a missing required field or a category name we do not recognize.
