Missing our emails? Almost always a spam-filter issue. Here is how to fix it in two minutes.

  1. Search your spam or junk folder for americanguntrader.com
  2. Drag one of our emails out of spam into your inbox
  3. Add no-reply@americanguntrader.com to your contacts
  4. Request a fresh email and check again

Step 1: Check spam

The vast majority of "missing" emails are sitting in spam or promotions. Search both folders for "American Gun Trader".

Step 2: Allowlist us

How you allowlist depends on your email provider:

  • Gmail: drag one of our emails from Spam or Promotions into your Inbox. Gmail learns from that one action.
  • Outlook / Hotmail: right-click an email → Junk → Never Block Sender's Domain.
  • Apple Mail / iCloud: open an email → tap the sender's name → Add to VIPs.
  • Yahoo: open an email → More → Add Sender to Contacts.
Settings → Notifications with the email toggles ringed to confirm alerts are enabled
Before troubleshooting delivery, confirm email is on for the events you expect.

Step 3: Trigger a fresh email

Request a verification resend, a password reset, or just open a new message thread. Then check both your inbox and spam.

Still nothing arriving?

  • Wrong email on file. Open Settings → Basic and confirm your email address.
  • Corporate or school filter. Some workplace filters block bulk-mail domains. Try a personal email instead.
  • Provider is bouncing us. Rare, but it happens. Contact support with the email address you registered — we can check our send logs.

Prevent recurrence

Once we land in your inbox a few times, most providers stop sending us to spam. The most reliable long-term fix is allowlisting us in your contacts.
