Basic Settings is where you change your name, email, phone, password, profile photo, and location.

  1. Open Settings โ†’ Basic
  2. Edit the fields you want to change
  3. Click Save Changes

What you can change

  • First, middle, and last name
  • Email address (requires re-verification)
  • Mobile number and phone verification
  • Password
  • Profile photo
  • State, county, and city

Changing your email

Type the new address and save. Your account will need email verification again. Follow the verification instructions for your new address.

Type your new address in the Email Address field, then save โ€” verification will restart.

Changing your password

Enter your current password, then your new password twice. Use at least 10 characters. Leave the password fields blank to keep your current password. We never email your password โ€” anyone asking for it is a scammer.

Changing your username

Your username is shown for reference and cannot be changed. You can update your name in the fields above it.

Can I change my username?
No. Your username is fixed. You can update your first, middle, and last name in Settings โ†’ Basic.
