All sales are final. How “cancelling” works when vendor plans do not auto-charge.

All sales on American Gun Trader are final — there are no refunds. "Cancelling" a subscription just means choosing not to pay again.

  1. Vendor periods do not auto-charge — pay again before the paid-through date, or simply stop paying to cancel
  2. To stop, simply don't pay again
  3. You keep access until your paid period expires
  4. After that you drop to the free tier

"Cancelling" a subscription

There is nothing on file to auto-charge — simply don't pay again before the paid-through date. You keep vendor features until the current paid period ends, then you drop to the free tier. Your account and listings are never deleted.

Refunds

All sales are final. American Gun Trader does not issue refunds — partial, prorated, or otherwise — for any reason, including unused subscription time. This is set out in our Terms of Service §5.7. Pay only what you intend to.

Boosts and one-time features

Boosts, newsletter features, partner ads, and guest articles are paid per use and are non-refundable — the same all-sales-final policy applies.

Sent the wrong amount?

Double-check the amount at checkout before you pay. If a completed payment did not unlock what you expected, contact support with your receipt and we will look into it — but confirmed payments themselves are non-refundable under our all-sales-final policy.

Common questions

Can I get a refund for unused subscription time?
No. All sales are final and AGT does not issue refunds for any reason, including unused time (Terms of Service §5.7).
How do I cancel a subscription?
Vendor plans do not auto-charge — simply do not pay again before the paid-through date. You keep access until the current paid period expires, then drop to the free tier.
