Add a photo, bio, and contact info so other members can trust you and reach you faster.

A complete profile shows your name, photo, and location so other members know who they are dealing with.

Quick steps

  1. Open Settings β†’ Basic
  2. Add a profile photo
  3. Confirm your name and location
  4. Save

What you'll need

  • A clear photo of yourself or a personal logo
  • Your city or general area (state at minimum)

Step 1: Add a profile photo

Open Settings β†’ Basic and click your avatar to upload a photo. Square images work best. Keep file size under 5 MB.

Step 2: Confirm your location

Your city helps local buyers find you and is required for some local-pickup listings. Your exact address is never shown publicly.

A note on privacy

Your email and phone are never displayed on your public profile. Other members contact you through platform messages.

Will my email show on my profile?
