Seller's Description

TEXT: [Redacted Phone Number]

Im looking to sell for $1600 OBO, but I am open to legitimate cash offers and trades. Shoot me a text worst I can say is no.

This is a practically brand new ZPAP m70 in a stunning Serbian Red, with a triangle side folding stock. Chambered in 7.62X39, this is a rare combination, and unavailable for purchase just about anywhere you look. It has only had one 10 round mag shot through it and ran flawlessly. It still sits in its original box and will arrive that same way. The reason I am selling is because I want to fund my next project gun.

Everything included with this rifle is as follows in the retail cost breakdown (how much I am in the hole).

Full Retail Cost Breakdown:

Gun: $1650 (Sportsman’s wear-house)
Rs regulate upper and lower optic mount: $250
Zastava Bayonet: $45
Blue force gear Sling: $75
Extra mags: $30
7.62x39 Ammo: $75

Total: $2125

Some other details worth noting:

The RS regulate optic mount is a 2 piece optic mounting system that is the industry standard for putting optics on AKs. The mount is completely removable, but comes with the gun (I don’t have another AK so I will no longer need it). Also, this particular mount with the upper piece being a full length picatinny rail is extremely hard to find in stock due to its high demand and low production. Also, the firearm has not been registered with Zastava so the warranty is still fully in tact and transferable (I have had the gun less than a year). The sling is made by blue force gear 2 point, and uses a steel cable mounting that is preferred by most AK enthusiasts. The bayonet is a military surplus straight from the Zastava website as well as the additional steel magazines. The ammo included varies and includes PPU subsonics, Sterling FMJ, and Monarch HP. Another cool thing about this gun is it is threaded for a suppressor (not included), so it can easily become a nighttime warrior with subsonic ammo and a silencer.

Once again, i’m looking to sell for $1600 OBO, but I am open to legitimate cash offers and trades.

TO MAKE THIS PURCHASE I REQUIRE 18+ YEARS OF AGE, AN LTC OR OTHER OFFICIAL PROOF OF IDENTIFICATION, AND YOU MUST SIGN A BILL OF SALE. ALL TRANSACTIONS WILL TAKE PLACE AT A LOCAL GUN-STORE!

Buyer FAQ

Is this listing legitimate?

Listings on American Gun Trader are posted by individual sellers and are required to comply with federal, state, and local firearm laws. This listing was submitted by @td10; review their profile rating and active listing history before transacting.

How do I buy this firearm legally?

Interstate firearm transfers must go through a Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer who runs the background check on the buyer. In-state transfers follow local law. Use the message button on this listing to coordinate the FFL and payment with the seller.

Does the seller ship this listing?

Shipping is not specified for this listing. Check the seller’s description for shipping terms or message the seller to confirm — many sellers ship to your receiving FFL dealer. Otherwise plan to meet in person at an agreed transfer location.

What about returns?

No return policy is specified for this listing. Treat it as a final sale — inspect the firearm and confirm condition and serial number with the seller before paying.

How do I pay the seller?

Same state? Meet in person and pay cash at the meetup. Different states: when the FFL has the gun, tap Pay. You pay the seller. The FFL charges a transfer fee.

Does a "Boosted" or "Premium" tag mean the seller is verified?

No. Boost and premium placement are paid advertising upgrades that push a listing higher in search results and the newsletter — they do not verify the seller's identity, legitimacy, or the item's legality. Only the green "Verified FFL" badge reflects an approved federal firearms license, and even that does not vet the individual transaction. Always verify who you are dealing with independently.
