Listings on American Gun Trader are posted by individual sellers and are required to comply with federal, state, and local firearm laws. This listing was submitted by @troy; review their profile rating and active listing history before transacting.

Interstate firearm transfers must go through a Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer who runs the background check on the buyer. In-state transfers follow local law. Use the message button on this listing to coordinate the FFL and payment with the seller.

Shipping is not specified for this listing. Check the seller’s description for shipping terms or message the seller to confirm — many sellers ship to your receiving FFL dealer. Otherwise plan to meet in person at an agreed transfer location.

No return policy is specified for this listing. Treat it as a final sale — inspect the firearm and confirm condition and serial number with the seller before paying.

Same state? Meet in person and pay cash at the meetup. Never wire money. If you are in different states, never wire money to the other person. Only pay the FFL you both chose after you call that dealer.

No. Boost and premium placement are paid advertising upgrades that push a listing higher in search results and the newsletter — they do not verify the seller's identity, legitimacy, or the item's legality. Only the green "Verified FFL" badge reflects an approved federal firearms license, and even that does not vet the individual transaction. Always verify who you are dealing with independently.
