FAQs
Should I wire a seller money for shipping, items, or period?
No. We discourage wiring money, and can not guarantee we can help you in the case you are scammed. You must verify a seller's identity in person. It's almost certainly a scam when someone asks you to wire them cryptocurrency on AGT.
Why does AGT ask for my location?
We detect your location in order to show you items nearby. We also use this to secure our website against fraud, and foreign scammers. Don't worry, we don't share this information with anyone.
What happens if I win an auction?
We initiate communication between you and the seller. It's up to you both to make payment arrangements, and to transfer ownership of a firearm.
Is AGT safe to use? How so?
Very! Your data gets encrypted. AGT was hardened against things like cyber-attacks. Just don't wire people money like we stated above. That's common sense.
What should I do if I suspect an illegal activity might ensue a sale?
You should contact your local authorities immediately. It's much better to be safe than sorry.
